How to Increase Sigil of Power Level
By default, the maximum level of Sigil of Power is capped at 20. A Vaal Orb applied to Path of Exile 2 Currency a Chiming Staff will not raise the level past this cap. However, there are still ways to scale it further through clever gearing:
Global Modifiers - Certain modifiers on items can increase all spell skill levels. For example, a crafted or dropped affix such as "+X to Level of All Spell Skills" will apply to Sigil of Power as well.
